How to Lose Weight with a Fruit Diet?

Nature has presented us the priceless gift- Fruits! Fruits provide us not only glowing skin, but also keep a check on increasing weight. Being low in calories and rich in nutrients, fruit diet is an easy way to give your body a break, from all the harsh eating habits. It helps your body in fighting from food cravings. If you also want to reduce your weight, opt for fruit diet instead of fasting.
Daily Fruit Diet Chart
Include following fruits in your daily diet. Whenever you have strong cravings for food, you can eat fruit salad with honey. If you feel low at office, drink lime juice.

Day 1 (Monday)

  • Snack (@ 5PM)- 1 orange
